Small-Sized Stoneware Crock with Swag Decoration, probably Southeastern PA origin, third quarter 19th century, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and squared rim, decorated with brushed cobalt swags around the shoulder. Desirable small size. Excellent, essentially as-made condition with a small glazed-over rim chip and a minor glazed-over rim nick. H 5 1/2".
