Shenandoah Valley Multi-Glazed Redware Tankard Pitcher, attributed to J. Eberly & Co., Strasburg, VA, circa 1890, tall, straight-sided pitcher with flaring foot and ribbed handle, the surface decorated with streaks of green and brown over a cream-colored slip ground with clear lead overglaze. Excellent color. Wear to rim and base, and light wear to ribbing on handle. Height 9".
