One-Gallon Stoneware Jar, Stenciled "WILLIAMS & REPPERT / GREENSBORO, PA," circa 1885, ovoid jar with flattened rim, decorated with a stylized stenciled foliate design at the center. Some wear to stenciling. Y-shaped hairline on underside. 1 7/8" base chip. Additional minor base chip on reverse.
