Two Slip-Decorated Redware Plates, American, early to mid 19th century, both with coggled edges, one decorated with clefs and wavy lines in yellow slip, impressed "6" on reverse; paired with a second plate decorated with wavy lines and dots. Both with wear to interior and typical wear to rim. Clef-decorated plate with additional rim chip. Other plate with two hairlines. D (of larger plate) 10 1/4".
