Three Redware Dishes with Sponged Manganese Decoration, Pennsylvania origin, second half 19th century, one with circular sponging around edge, one with four sponged blocks surrounding a block at the center; and one with crossed sponging. Circular-sponged dish with large flake to underside, a flake to front, hairline from rim, and scratches to interior. Block-sponged dish rim chip and short hairline. Cross-sponged dish with chips and wear to rim and light wear to interior. Diameter (of largest plate) 8 1/2".
