Two Spongeware Pitchers, American, late 19th century, two tankard-form pitchers, one with pulled handle, the other with molded handle, both decorated with blue sponging over a whitish ground. Smaller pitcher with two base chip and a U-shaped base flake. Larger pitcher with tight Y-shaped line visible in underside only, a vertical line visible on interior only, a chip on interior of rim, and a small base chip. H (of smaller pitcher) 7".
