Three-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Baltimore, MD origin, circa 1835, ovoid jar with tooled shoulder, squared rim, and applied lug handles, decorated with an elaborate tulip vine design extending completely around the body. Crack on underside, forming a Y-shaped line at base area. A few small base chips. A larger base chip, possibly in-the-firing.
