One-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jug, attributed to the Clarkson Crolius & Son, Manhattan, NY, circa 1820, ovoid jug with heavily-tooled shoulder and neck, decorated with a drape-like cobalt brushwork. Tight 6" line on reverse extending from base, branching out a little at base.
