Rare One-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jug, Stamped "WM. H. INGELL / TAUNTON, MASS," circa 1845, squat-shaped jug with tooled shoulder and semi-rounded rim, decorated with a large tulip flanked by wreath-like leaves. Base chip and chipping to spout. It was painted blue at one time and was drilled to use as a lamp base.
