Two Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jars, Eastern PA origin, circa 1875, two one-gallon jars of similar cylindrical form, one decorated with horizontal cobalt leaves, the other decorated with cobalt swags. Swag-decorated jar with short hairline from rim and some in-the-firing whitish residue to surface. Other jar with a short crack from rim and a few rim chips.
