Two-Gallon Stoneware Crock with Cobalt Foliate Decoration, Stamped "N CLARK. JR / ATHENS N.Y.," circa 1860, cylindrical crock with flattened rim and applied lug handles, decorated with an abstract foliate design featuring solid and spotted leaves. Chipping to one handle. Small chip to opposite handle. Rim chip and small rim nick. Two stone pings on front.
