Rare Spongeware Figure of a Seated Cat, probably Akron, OH, circa 1890, molded in the form a cat with bow, seated on a circular base. Surface decorated with cobalt sponging over a Bristol slip glaze. Excellent condition with a tiny chip to the tip of each ear. H 4 1/4".
