Three-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Foliate Decoration, attributed to Richard C. Remmey, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1875, baluster-form jar with rounded foot, tall collar, and ribbed handles, decorated on the front and back with a large cobalt swag design, along with looping lines under each handle. A few faint, short lines at base. Several chips on interior of rim. A few minor chips on exterior of rim.
