Rare Small-Sized Redware Jar, Stamped "W.A. LYNN," Mechanicstown (now Thurmont), MD, circa 1885, ovoid jar with tooled shoulder and lead-and-manganese-glazed interior, impressed at base with the inverted maker's mark "W.A. LYNN". Cracks in underside, extending up base of jar. Some flakes to surface. Wear to rim. Water glass staining on interior of jar. H 4 1/4".
