Two-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Crock, Stamped "SOMERSET. / POTTERS WORKS'," MA origin, circa 1860, cylindrical crock with semi-squared rim and applied lug handles, decorated with a slip-trailed cobalt plant design and looping flourishes flanking the maker's mark. Roughness and small chips to one handle. Two minor chips to opposite handle. Wear and small nicks to rim.
