Four-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jug, Stamped "C HAIDLE & CO / UNION POTTERY / NEWARK, N.J.," circa 1870, cylindrical jug with tooled spout and applied handle, decorated with a large brushed and slip-trailed cobalt tulip and a slip-trailed "4". Two small chips on exterior of rim and wear to interior of rim. H 17 1/2".
