Fine Multi-Glazed Redware Pitcher, Strasburg, VA origin, circa 1890, ovoid pitcher with dramatically-flared foot, short flared rim, and ribbed handle, the surface decorated with splashed copper and manganese glazes over cream-colored slip. Clear lead overglaze. Excellent condition with light wear to spout and rim and tiny spot of wear to edge of handle. H 6 1/2".
