Two Pieces of Fulper Stoneware, Flemington, NJ, late 19th century, an unusual Bristol-slip-glazed stoneware shoulder jug with bail handle and script cobalt "2"; paired with a brown-and-white jug with the following advertising: "Trenton / Wine & Liquor Co. / Trenton. / N.J." Provenance: Laurence Fish Estate, Trenton, NJ. Chips to edges of bail-handled jug, as well as wear to handle. Trenton jug with heavy chipping to shoulder. H (of Trenton jug) 11 1/2".
