Rare Large-Sized Stoneware Elks Club Presentation Vase, Ohio origin, Dated 1907, Albany-slip-glazed vase with rounded foot and ovoid body, the front decorated with an elaborately molded scene of a standing elk flanked by trees and large elk antlers. Raised inscription below reads "FRANK TREADWAY / B.P.O.E. 198". Raised medallion below inscription is incised with the date "1907". Approximately 6" area of restored chips to rim. Two minor in-the-firing lines in rim. H 17 1/2".
