Two Pieces of New England Redware, early to mid 19th century, a lead-glazed ovoid jug with colorful iron-specked surface, paired with a lead-glazed jar with heavily-tooled shoulder and mottled surfaced with green and red hues. Jug with base chips and 1/2" in-the-firing raised spot on reverse. Jar with worn-down rim, minor base chip, and minor base flake. H (of jar) 6".
