One-Gallon Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to R.J. Grier, Chester Co., PA, circa 1880, ovoid pitcher with rounded foot and tooled collar, decorated with a two-stemmed plant design on the front, swags on the sides and collar, along with dashes along the spout. Provenance: Lynn White Collection, Readfield, ME. 3 X 5 1/2� section reglued at collar, connecting to two much smaller reglued pieces. Scattered flaking around base area. H 11".
