Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Milkpan, Stamped "JORDAN," NY State origin, circa 1855, bowl-shaped form with tooled shoulder, applied lug handles, and pouring spout, decorated with a brushed cobalt leaning flower design. Unusual NY State form. Provenance: Lynn White Collection, Readfield, ME. Significant restoration to reglued pieces on reverse, extending to underside. A few minor rim chips. H 7" ; Diameter 12".
