One-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Stenciled Cobalt Grapes Decoration, Stamped "F.T. WRIGHT & SON. / STONE WARE, / TAUNTON, MASS.," circa 1875, cylindrical jug with tooled shoulder and tall spout, cobalt-decorated with a cluster of grapes and leaves hanging from a stem. Cracks in underside, forming a "T" at base on side of jug and also extending 4" up the front of jug in the form of a "Y". Spout chips. H 11 1/2".
