Two-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jug, Stamped "BALLARD VALE / STONEWARE MF.G.C," Vermont origin, circa 1870, cylindrical jug with squared spout, decorated with a stylized cobalt design resembling a tree or flowering plant. Minor spout nicks. Small base chips. H 14 1/2".
