Spongeware Pitcher with Floral Design, American, late 19th century, tankard-form pitcher with raised designs at the shoulder and base highlighted with cobalt sponging, and each side decorated with a raised floral design, brushed over in cobalt. Three long hairlines from rim on one side. Additional faint 2" hairline to right of handle. Two small chips on interior of rim. H 9".
