Two-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Elaborate Cobalt Floral Decoration, Baltimore, MD origin, circa 1830, cylindrical jar with rounded shoulder and squared rim, decorated completely around the shoulder with a stem bearing numerous leaves and flowers. Light chipping to base. Small rim chips. Contact mark on shoulder. H 13 1/2".
