Five-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Bee Stinger Decoration, Stamped “A,� Red Wing, MN origin late 19th century, cylindrical jug with rounded shoulder, flared spout, and applied strap handle, decorated with slip-trailed “5� underscored by a “bee stinger� design. Impressed “A� on reverse base. Salt drips to shoulder, handle, and reverse. Fry to cobalt. Base chip. H 18 1/4".
