Two Glazed Pottery American Indian Heads, American, late 19th or 20th century, the first hand-modeled with incised hair and headband, covered in a reddish-brown glaze over a dense reddish clay body; the second hand-modeled with incised hair, covered in a reddish-brown glaze over white stoneware clay. Smaller example with base chip, contact marks on underside, and minor wear. Larger example with small chip to nose and very minor wear to hair and base on reverse. H (of smaller example) 4".
