Two Miniature Redware Bowls, American, early 19th century, the first a thin-walled bowl with narrow foot, covered in a brown lead and manganese glaze, possibly 18th century; the second with flared foot, covered in a reddish-brown glaze composed of lead and manganese or iron. Larger bowl with pencil inscription of underside, which reads "R.L. Leh." Smaller bowl with chipping to rim. Larger bowl with 1/2" x 1/4" glaze flake to shoulder and wear to rim. H (of smaller bowl) 1 1/2" ; Diameter (of smaller bowl) 3 1/4".
