Four-Gallon Stoneware Churn with Cobalt Flowering Basket Decoration, Northeastern U.S. origin, circa 1860, semi-ovoid churn with tall collar and applied lug handles, decorated with a brushed cobalt flower extending from a basket with dotted and cross-hatched interior. Water glass staining to surface. Some bubbling to cobalt. H 16 1/8".
