One-Gallon Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Clover Decoration, Baltimore, MD, circa 1860, ovoid pitcher with tooled collar and rounded rim, decorated with a two-stemmed clover design extending up the front and leaf or clover designs around the collar. Sealed crack extending from base on one side to reverse under handle and over to base on opposite side. A few base chips. H 10 3/8".
