Two-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jug, Stamped "GEDDES," New York State origin, circa 1875, decorated with a brushed and slip-trailed cobalt floral design, along with a slip-trailed "2". As-made condition with an in-the-firing separation at top of handle and an in-the-making chip to handle. H 14 1/2".
