Glazed Redware Jug, New England origin, early to mid 19th century, highly ovoid jug with tooled foot, rounded spout, and ribbed handle, decorated with daubs of manganese under a clear lead glaze. Two base chips. A few spots of glaze loss to spout. Some small nicks and spots of glaze loss to handle. H 7 1/4".
