Outstanding Redware Flowerpot with Vibrant Green Glaze, Stamped "JOHN BELL / WAYNESBORO," circa 1860, tapered flowerpot with rounded rim, attached to a saucer with rounded rim and tooled foot, covered in a very bright, streaked green glaze. Impressed with John Bell maker's mark on underside. Excellent color and condition. Near mint condition with a few minor flecks of glaze loss to top of rim. H 4 3/4" ; Diameter 6".
