Alkaline-Glazed Lidded Stoneware Sugar Bowl with Swirl Pattern, attributed to the Reinhardt Pottery, Vale, NC, circa 1935, ovoid form with flaring rim and two applied strap handles, the surface covered in an alkaline glaze over swirled clay. Includes original matching lid. Whitish rutile accents throughout bowl and lid. Unmarked. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 5".
