Alkaline-Glazed Stoneware Vase with Green-Slip Highlights and Painted Floral Decoration, Arie and/or Cheever Meaders, Cleveland, GA, circa 1960s, ovoid vase with flaring collar and two applied vertical-strap handles, decorated with green-slip highlights to the rim, base, and handle, the surface covered in a grayish alkaline glaze. Front with floral decoration painted in white and green after the firing, possibly at the pottery. Unmarked. Provenance: Frank W. White Collection. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 9 1/2".
