Alkaline-Glazed Stoneware Grapes Vase, Signed "Lanier Meaders," Cleveland, GA origin, circa 1975, ovoid vase with splayed base and flared rim, decorated on the front and reverse with an applied bunch of grapes flanked by looping vines and two well-detailed leaves. Surface covered in a dark-olive alkaline glaze. Underside incised with Lanier Meaders signature. Provenance: Frank W. White Collection. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 11 1/2".
