Exceptional Alkaline-Glazed Stoneware Grapes Vase, attributed to Lanier Meaders, Cleveland, GA origin, circa 1975, ovoid vase with splayed base and flared rim, decorated on four sides with an applied bunch of grapes flanked by looping vines and two well-detailed leaves. Surface covered in a mottled, olive-colored alkaline glaze with high gloss. Unmarked. Provenance: Frank W. White Collection.
