Alkaline-Glazed Stoneware Gravy Boat with Two-Color-Slip Floral Decoration, attributed to Arie or Cheever Meaders, Cleveland, GA, circa 1960s, squat-shaped, ovoid form with cut rim, upswept spout, and high-arching handle, brush-decorated on one side with a flower flanked by leaves in blue and green slip. A blue-slip band continues around the vessel's circumference while a second band highlights the handle. Surface covered in a gray alkaline glaze over light-brown clay. Unmarked. Provenance: Frank W. White Collection. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 4 3/4".
