Rare Alkaline-Glazed Sweet Meat Dish, Cheever, Arie, or Lanier Meaders, Cleveland, GA, circa 1960s, turned post with wide saucer base, surmounted by crimped-rim dish, the whole covered in a gray alkaline glaze with whitish accents, applied over cream-colored clay. Unmarked. Provenance: Frank W. White Collection. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 8 1/4".
