Glazed Redware Jar with Lid, Stamped "JOHN BELL," WAYNESBORO, PA origin, circa 1840-1880, cylindrical jar with rounded shoulder and flared rim, the surface covered in a clear lead glaze over a yellow ground. Includes original glazed lid with tooled midsection and carved finial. Jar in excellent condition with minor rim wear and some staining. Chips to lid. H (including lid) 8 1/4".
