Alkaline-Glazed Stoneware Jar, NC or SC origin, late 19th or early 20th century, rotund form with tooled rim, the surface covered in a dark-olive alkaline glaze with heavy rutile highlights. Chipping at bottom edge. A firing crack on underside, faintly visible on interior. H 7 3/4".
