Unusual Swirl-Glazed Stoneware Jar, attributed to the Hilton Pottery, Marion, NC, circa 1935, ovoid jar with wide, flaring rim, the surface decorated with swirled cobalt slip and covered in a clear glaze. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 6 3/8".
