Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to Richard C. Remmey, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1870, ovoid pitcher with tooled collar and footed base, brush-decorated with two tulips ascending the front. Swag decoration to collar and flanking the spout. Cobalt highlights to handle terminals. A 2 1/4" chipped section to foot on front. A few additional chips to foot. Spout chips and a 2 1/4" spout flake. Staining to surface. H 9".
