Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to Henry Remmey, Sr., Philadelphia, PA, circa 1830, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and rounded rim, brush-decorated around the shoulder with a drape motif bearing three-petaled flowers and unusual hanging grape clusters. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 10 1/2".
