One-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Parrot Decoration, Stamped "F.B. NORTON & CO. / WORCESTER, MASS.," circa 1858-1877, cylindrical jug with semi-rounded spout, decorated with a slip-trailed design of a parrot perched on a leaf. Cobalt accent to maker's mark. Very nice condition with a minor spout chip and two glazed-over iron pings. H 11 1/2".
