Large-Sized Stoneware Figure of a Frog, Impressed "D," OH origin, late 19th of early 20th century, molded figure of a frog with impressed eyes and incised details to mouth and feet. Unglazed with traces of old dark-green paint to surface and white-painted throat. Likely made as a doorstop or garden ornament. Stamped "D" on reverse. Three legs with old reglued breaks. Loss to one foot. Other, very minor base chips. Spattering of old white paint. L 9 1/2" ; W 7 3/4" ; H 6".
