Two One-Gallon Stoneware Jugs with Cobalt Initials, Northeastern U.S. origin, second half 19th century, one of cylindrical form, inscribed "D.F.M.," paired with another of ovoid form, inscribed "M." "D.F.M." jug with spout chips, one of which is glazed over. "M." jug with a few base chips and surface staining. H (of shorter) 10 3/4".
