Double-Handled Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, OH origin, mid 19th century, ovoid jug with semi-squared spout and two applied handles at the shoulder, brush-decorated with a large two-stemmed floral motif. A large restored section to spout on front. Chipping to spout on reverse. A hairline to spout on reverse. Thin cracks and hairlines on underside, continuing onto base. A horizontal crack to base of one handle. H 16 1/2".
