Two Pieces of Alkaline-Glazed Stoneware, Burlon B. Craig, Vale, NC, fourth quarter 20th century, a large-sized, double-handled jug with sine-wave decoration, stamped "B.B. CRAIG / VALE, N.C." on underside, paired with a three-gallon ovoid churn, stamped "B B C" on underside. Both with olive-colored alkaline glazes. Jug with several cracks emanating from a surface chip on reverse. Churn in excellent, essentially as-made condition. H (of jug) 19 1/2".
